I write to you for the first time in the new year. My husband and I tried to start the new year off right by doing the Medical Medium Liver Rescue Cleanse. It was a toughie! Only fruits and vegetables really. Next up will be some heavy metal detoxing. Eating healthier is definitely on my mental list of new year's resolutions.
In other news... I have a veritable ton of sticker sheets and printables to get ready to go into the shop. Some will be trickling out sooner than others. I have a couple things planned for Valentine's Day and February which is Library Lover's Month as well, so keep your eyes peeled on the blog and shop!
In the meantime, I hope you're keeping cozy indoors on these chilly winter days!
This delicious lentil and veggie soup is the perfect comfort food for those chilly days, especially if you're in blizzards like me here in New York!
For all the meat eaters out there, there's this delicious and hearty red bean chili. Have some cornbread or guac with it. Yum!
Ooey gooey chocolate lava cakes are the perfect dessert for long winter nights. This recipe for two is great for Valentine's Day too!

Vegan Gluten Free Stuffed Mushrooms
Cookie in a Cup (with Vegan Option!)
Here's my top picks from all my reading last year!
There are so many "best of" lists out there for books of the year, so I thought I would compile a list of lists where you have a spot to refer to all of them at once!
Start out the year with some self-help books so you can set-up your new year's resolutions!
